These skills are really essential for successful work/personal relationships. They support one of the many other sayings out there, such as "People buy from people they like" (I might have paraphrased that one!). In all our relationships we get to the stage where they are enjoyable interactions by following this skills list. For me, I do think the fist one edges it, i.e. Self Awarenenss. That can be one of the trickiest as it does require a strong element of taking ones "ego" and putting it to one side for a little while and being open and accepting (and then reflecting) on feedback. The more successful relationships you have, the more you will achieve. Thank you!
